For our third LP, we wanted to present a more mature, more cohesive album, still capturing our wide array of influences, but more consistent in sound than the previous releases. "Salamandermagic" is our term for nonsense, hogwash. This alludes both to the fact that the scenes painted in the album are of fantasy, and that lost, sacred texts detailing the origin of some world religions have been found, revealing that the now savior/prophet based religions started as nothing more than pagan cults. One in particular was based in salamanders and magic. Don't let the fanatics get you down, they don't even know their fervor is false. It's all just a big misunderstanding .It's all just Salamandermagic.
